Install WordPress quickly and easily using the Softaculous auto-installer in cPanel.
Installing WordPress
1. Log into cPanel
2. Find "Softaculous Apps Installer" (usually at the bottom)
3. Click on it
4. Find WordPress and click "Install"
Installation Settings
Software Setup:
• Choose Protocol: https:// (if you have SSL)
• Choose Domain: Select your domain
• In Directory: Leave blank for main domain, or enter folder name
Site Settings:
• Site Name: Your website title
• Site Description: Brief description
• Enable Multisite: Usually leave unchecked
Admin Account:
• Admin Username: Choose a secure username (not "admin")
• Admin Password: Use a strong password
• Admin Email: Your email address
5. Click "Install"
6. Wait for installation to complete
7. Note down your login details
After Installation
• Access your site: yourdomain.com
• Admin area: yourdomain.com/wp-admin
• Use the credentials you created during installation
