Configure your hosting email account in the built-in Windows 10/11 Mail app.
Accessing Windows Mail
1. Click Start menu
2. Type "Mail" and open the Mail app
3. If first time, click "Get started"
4. Click "Add account"
Adding Your Email Account
1. Select "Other account POP, IMAP"
2. Enter your information:
• Email address: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
3. Click "Sign in"
4. If auto-setup works, you're done!
Manual Setup Process
If automatic configuration fails:
1. Enter your email and password
2. Click "Sign in"
3. When it fails, click "Try again"
4. Click "Advanced setup"
5. Choose "Internet email"

Account Information:
• Account name: Choose a display name
• Your name: Your display name for emails
• Incoming email server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Account type: IMAP4
• Email address: Your full email address
• User name: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
Incoming Email Server:
• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 993
• Require SSL: Yes
Outgoing Email Server:
• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 465 or 587
• Require SSL: Yes
• Require authentication: Yes
Click "Sign in" to complete setup

Troubleshooting Windows Mail
