Apple Mail on macOS

Adding New Account:
1. Open Mail app
2. Go to Mail > Add Account
3. Select "Other Mail Account"
4. Enter your name, email, and password
5. Click "Sign In"

Manual Setup (if auto-setup fails):
1. Choose "IMAP" as account type
2. Enter incoming mail server settings
3. Enter outgoing mail server settings
4. Click "Sign In"

Server Settings for Apple Mail

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP):
• Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
• User Name: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
• Port: 993
• Use SSL: Yes

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
• Host Name: mail.yourdomain.com
• User Name: Your full email address
• Password: Your email password
• Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)
• Use SSL: Yes

iPhone/iPad Mail Setup

1. Go to Settings > Mail > Accounts
2. Tap "Add Account"
3. Tap "Other"
4. Tap "Add Mail Account"
5. Enter your information:
• Name: Your display name
• Email: Your email address
• Password: Your email password
• Description: Account name

6. Tap "Next"
7. Select "IMAP" at the top
8. Enter server settings if needed
