Creating a Support Ticket

1. Log into your client area
2. Click "Support" in the main menu
3. Click "Open New Ticket"
4. Select the appropriate department
5. Choose a priority level
6. Enter a clear subject line
7. Describe your issue in detail
8. Attach any relevant files or screenshots
9. Click "Submit Ticket"

Tips for Faster Support

  • Be specific about the problem
  • Include error messages (exact text)
  • Mention what you were trying to do when the issue occurred
  • Include your domain name if relevant
  • Attach screenshots if helpful

Checking Ticket Status

You can view all your tickets in the client area under "Support" > "My Support Tickets".
