Creating a Full Backup
1. Log into cPanel
2. Find "Backup" in the Files section
3. Click "Download a Full Website Backup"
4. Enter your email address
5. Select backup destination (Home Directory recommended)
6. Click "Generate Backup"
Partial Backups
Home Directory:
• Contains all your files
• Click "Download" next to Home Directory
MySQL Databases:
• Select database from dropdown
• Click "Download"
Email Forwarders & Filters:
• Download email configuration
Restoring Backups
1. Go to cPanel Backup section
2. Under "Restore":
• Upload backup file
• Or select from existing backups
3. Choose what to restore
4. Click "Restore"
